Chapter 74: On the Shelves

Around ten o'clock in the morning, I received a notification from the editor that the book will be on the shelves today, which startled me awake.

Why? I haven't saved the draft.

Let's not talk about my embarrassing situation. Let's talk about the situation of this book now.

It's a bit of a mess, and the readership has dropped. People are not satisfied with the later plot, and I'm not satisfied with it either.

Would it have been better if I had shown off when the protagonist achieved Nascent Soul?

Because there was no transition, the change of scenery was abrupt, and everyone criticized it.

I won't mention more problems, as speaking about them will only invite more criticism.

Now, it's time to go on the shelves.

Actually, I wasn't prepared because I wanted to go on the shelves on the first of next month, so that everyone could have a better look. I wanted to prove that the later part is written brilliantly, hahaha.

But the editor insisted on putting it on the shelves, and as a newbie, I could only nod my head and have no other choice.

Next, let's talk about today's eruption.

I'm only posting my thoughts now because I've written 6,000 characters.

But this is not the final word count for today. There are at least two more chapters to come. What do you all think?

If I can't attract readers with a more captivating plot, then I'll update like crazy.

Lastly, I'm asking for first subscriptions. I hope everyone can subscribe and support, as it also affects future recommendations.

Brothers and sisters, please subscribe. Thank you in advance!
