HP Approaches the Magical World

Chapter 22 Another Day at Hogwarts

For almost the whole night, Jon had a simple but huge discussion with Helga.

What Jon said was something that Helga had never heard before. She has superb magic skills and profound magic attainments, but she has no understanding of the contemporary magic society.

So when Jon began to narrate some of his views, Helga showed great interest, and the two of them forgot the time as soon as they chatted, which caused Jon to have no energy at all in class the next day.

"What’s wrong with you?"

After class, three of Jon's roommates surrounded him and asked with concern.

When the history of magic class was just started, Stephen, Scully, and Fron formed a circle, enclosing Jon in it, so that he could take a few naps secretly without being noticed by the teacher—the ghost professor The class itself is drowsy.

After all, they have to go to flight lessons next, and Jon can't do without energy.

"It's okay, I slept too late yesterday, I'm fine now."

Jon had a pair of huge dark circles under his eyes, and what he said was not convincing at all.

"Why don't we ask for leave for the next class, so why don't you go back to sleep for a while?"

Fron was a little worried that Jon would not be able to control the broomstick in such a state. After all, flying at high altitudes is still quite dangerous.

"That's not necessary. I don't have any classes in the afternoon. I'll just go back and rest. By the way, don't go to the lobby at noon. I ordered something to eat."

"Fine."

The three of them followed Jon suspiciously, fearing that he would fall one by one.

Fortunately, this did not happen. Jon was in good spirits in the wind, and Mrs. Huo Qi, the teacher of the flight class, did not let them stay in the sky for too long.

In fact, except for some students who have played with flying broomsticks at home (Jon only played with toy flying broomsticks when he was a child), they have just learned to fly, and it is not suitable for them to stay in the sky for too long.

After class, the four of them went to the hall together, not to eat lunch, but to pick up the package.

In the letter he sent home yesterday, Jon asked his parents to help him buy a six-person McDonald’s set meal—considering that his roommates and him are both young men, it is more edible (he estimated it according to his own meal size), and it turned out that Smith Madame had the owl send them two parcels, one large and one small, both wrapped in thick parchment, with heat-preserving and fresh-keeping spells cast on them.

The smaller one was for Bella. Although Jon hadn't visited Bella in the first three days of school, he still considered his cousin, so he bought two for Bella when he bought McDonald's.

Anyway, it's not like the family doesn't have this condition.

Bella was not found in the cafeteria, so Jon had no choice but to ask a senior—a classmate of Bella’s. He saw this girl sitting with Bella the day before yesterday—to help her take her back. According to the girl, Bella was called by the head of Ravenclaw to help.

"Why didn't I realize that my cousin still has this kind of magical talent, and was actually called by Professor Flitwick to help?"

Jon was walking towards the dormitory with a big package, and Stephen, Fren, and Scully followed behind him and listened to him whispering, but they couldn't hear clearly.

"Do you think Jon is weird?"

Fren, who was walking a little behind, whispered to Stephen: "He is always talking to himself in a low voice today, and I don't know what he is talking about?"

"It should be because he didn't sleep well. When I went to call him this morning, I found his potion book spread out on the table. I probably read it all night."

As soon as Stephen shared his guess with Fren, the image of a studious and hard-working Jon immediately emerged in their minds.

"Yeah, he was born as a pure-blood wizard but got assigned as a Hufflepuff. Even if he appears relaxed, he must be under a lot of pressure!"

Sculley took two steps back and added.

The three nodded to each other approvingly, and then realized that they had placed Hufflepuff House in a lower position in their own words, so they quickly stopped there.

Otherwise, if Jon heard it, it would definitely be another lecture.

Even though it's only been three days since the start of school, they already have a deep understanding of Jon's mind-blowing skills.

To say that the speeches are too omitted is simply a unilateral crushing of knowledge points!

The three people who experienced Jon getting up angry on the first day of class, until now, have not figured out why a person who looks so calm and so academic has so much to talk about.

However, Jon's words will not affect the deliciousness of McDonald's.

The four people reached an unprecedented agreement on food. They quickly finished a large set meal and swept the empty paper boxes and Coke cans into the wastebasket. Jon was pushed into his small space because of his lack of energy. Going to catch up on sleep, the remaining three people went out to continue the castle exploration that was not completed yesterday.

They rest in the afternoon, and there is only an astronomy class in the evening.

The three of Stephen ran all afternoon, and he seemed to be lacking energy in class at night. On the contrary, Jon, who was lacking energy in the morning, followed Professor Sinista to observe the starry sky for half a day with great interest.

The starry sky at Hogwarts is so beautiful. Jon, who has never seen a few stars at night in his two lifetimes, paid a lot of attention to the starry sky in his astronomy class, which attracted Professor Sinistra's attention to him, a studious student. Much appreciated.

But no one showed too much attention to Jon's performance in the astronomy class. After all, astronomy class, this kind of course is not worthy of everyone's attention, just pass it smoothly.

The astronomy class was after dinner, and Stephen knew that Jon hadn't eaten dinner, so he asked him if he was hungry when the get out of class was over.

——If you are hungry, maybe you can go to the kitchen to get some food, and bring some for them by the way.

"Then why don't you go yourself?"

Jon had a good rest in the afternoon, and he was quite full of energy: "Isn't it time for the curfew at this time? You can go and get it yourself, the kitchen is not a forbidden place."

He didn't want to go to the kitchen anymore, the group of enthusiastic house-elves wanted to offer him up, and the scene of all the elves saluting to him on Sunday made him feel uncomfortable now.

They are all Hufflepuff students anyway, so whoever gets the food is the same.

"No, it's different." Fren shook his head and said, "We don't know where the kitchen is."

"...The kitchen is behind a fruit portrait not far from the lounge. Just say you are a Hufflepuff student when you go there. The elves will welcome you warmly."

Jon scanned the surroundings, and when he saw no one, he whispered to the three roommates: "Don't say you know me, I told you that some of you were sick last time, so don't show your feet—bring me two stuffed buns." The pie will be fine."
