Hogwarts: I Became the Third Dark Lord

Chapter 19 Preparing Ingredients

Wentworth gently scratched the plow in the fruit bowl in the painting, and saw that the plow turned into a green doorknob. Turning the doorknob lightly, the door of the Hogwarts kitchen was opened up.

As soon as he entered the Hogwarts kitchen, Wentworth was discovered by the house-elves in Hogwarts, and many house-elves surrounded him.

"Sir, is there anything we can do for you? Would you like some dessert first? How about chocolate puffs!"

Wentworth took the chocolate popping puff handed over by the elf, and took a light bite. The aroma of chocolate burst instantly in his taste buds.

"The taste is really delicious, thank you!"

Wentworth said sincerely, and at the same time felt extremely correct for his decision to insist on going to Hogwarts, and was very satisfied with being assigned to Hufflepuff.

You know, Ravenclaw was originally one of the candidates in his own plan, but obviously, Wentworth prefers the persona of a cook to the persona of a schoolmaster.

Hearing Wentworth's praise, the elves around immediately danced happily, looking very excited.

Afterwards, Wentworth took out a note from his arms, on which were some ingredients he had just written.

"Everyone, can you help me prepare these ingredients? I will use them tomorrow."

An elf took the note from Wentworth's hand, and the other house-elves immediately surrounded him, scrambling to look at the note, while Wentworth was leisurely eating chocolate popping Puffs.

"Mr. Wentworth, the items on your list are not difficult to find, but there are many that we need to go to the Muggle world to purchase, because few people in Hogwarts will eat these things."

Speaking of which, the house elf seemed to hesitate to speak, but another house elf added:

"Therefore, Mr. Wentworth, these materials may not be ready until noon to-morrow."

Afterwards, all the house elves revealed shameful expressions.

Hearing the house-elf's answer, Wentworth didn't take it seriously at all. In fact, Wentworth felt that the house-elf's words were already more tactful.

Some of the ingredients written on Wentworth’s note are not only rarely eaten by Hogwarts, but even in the whole of the UK, few people may taste them. If you can prepare these ingredients at noon tomorrow, Wentworth Already amazed.

"It's okay, if some ingredients are really hard to find, it doesn't matter if there are one or two missing, as long as they are ready before lunch at noon tomorrow."

After receiving Wentworth's answer, the house elves obviously breathed a sigh of relief, and the previously ashamed house elf regained his enthusiasm.

"No problem, Mr. Wentworth, we will definitely prepare all the ingredients before lunch at noon tomorrow!"

"Do you want to use these ingredients to make a few dishes? If possible, you can leave the recipe to us, and we will prepare them together for you, and deliver the food to you accurately for lunch tomorrow. "

But this time, Wentworth cruelly rejected the house-elf's offer, saying:

"No need, it's more interesting to make this dish by yourself, then, see you at noon tomorrow!"

Although the house elves were a little disappointed that Wentworth refused their request to help with cooking, they still happily bid farewell to Wentworth.

Early the next morning, as soon as Wentworth packed himself and walked out of the dormitory, he ran into Cedric who was already waiting here in the Hufflepuff common room.

"Hi, good morning Wentworth, let's have breakfast together? Then I'll take you to know Hogwarts together."

Wentworth readily agreed to Cedric's invitation, and the two walked together to the hall where Hogwarts had dinner.

"You know, when I wrote to my father last night to tell him that you were assigned to Hufflepuff, this morning I received a letter from my father sent by an owl. My father was very happy about this and told me to Take care of you."

On the way to the auditorium, Cedric talked to Wentworth with a smile on his face.

"Yes, Mr. Diggory is a very kind man."

At this time, Wentworth remembered that he didn't buy an owl, and Rozier didn't remind him. It seems that he needs to buy a pet for himself when the time is right, Wentworth thought.

After breakfast, Wentworth walked around the Hogwarts castle under the leadership of Cedric.

Cedric took the lead in showing Wentworth the classrooms that will be used in classes this semester, lest Wentworth would be in a hurry to find the classrooms.

But when passing by a small room with no windows, only an oil lamp in front of the door, hanging alone from the low ceiling, Cedric suddenly lowered his voice and said:

"Remember, this room must be far away, don't approach it casually!"

Cedric's mysterious appearance instantly aroused Wentworth's curiosity.

You must know that a large part of the reason why I insist on coming to Hogwarts is to see the mystery of Hogwarts.

Seeing Cedric's behavior like this, Wentworth suppressed his inner excitement, and asked softly with some nervousness and curiosity:

"Cedric, what's in here? Is it something Hogwarts specially uses to store dark magic items?"

Cedric shook his head.

"Could it be that there are some magical creatures imprisoned here?"

Cedric still shook his head.

Now Wentworth's curiosity was fully aroused.

"Or, did something tragic happen here?"

This time, Cedric nodded solemnly.

"How miserable?"

"Terrible!"

Wentworth didn't expect that, apart from the girls' bathroom on the third floor where the Myrtle incident happened, there are other rooms in Hogwarts where tragic things happened!

Looking back at the room, Wentworth felt an inexplicable chill in his heart, and asked involuntarily:

"What is that room used for?"

Cedric replied solemnly:

"That's the room of Filch, the Hogwarts janitor!"

Wentworth: "..."

Seeing that Wentworth seemed to lack interest, Cedric couldn't help asking:

"Aren't you curious what Filch does?"

"I think I can guess."

Wentworth replied.

Soon, the whole morning was about to pass, and when Cedric was about to have dinner with Wentworth in the auditorium ahead, Wentworth grabbed Cedric.

"Cedric, thank you for your steak last night. Today at noon, I also prepared a delicious meal for you!"

After speaking, Wentworth dragged Cedric to the Hufflepuff common room.
