Hogwarts Card Drawer

Chapter 16 Coins

"It's Draco," Ron yelled.

"Hush!" Kronos made a silent gesture.

"I don't care what Draco did, but your rant will bring Filch back."

Ron smacked his lips, undeniably Chronos was right. Thinking of Filch's disgusting face, he couldn't help but shudder.

"Ron means that Draco asked us to come out. He asked us to have a wizard duel in the prize showroom on the third floor at midnight today. And Ron is my assistant." Harry helped explain.

"So?" Kronos looked at Harry Potter with folded arms.

"So Draco Malfoy lied to us, he is a complete coward, a liar." After Ron finished speaking, Chronos saw him flushed with emotion.

Although Ron was right, Chronos was still very upset. He already considered Draco his friend.

"Listen Ron, both of you and Draco are just kids. (Kronos is a kid too) I think Draco just said something like that on a whim, but you guys Lanffindor's courage seems to be a little too much. He would actually engage in a wizard duel because of a child's impulsive words." Kronos still unconsciously spoke for Draco.

But Chronos didn't think it was too much at all, because these people really weren't fuel-efficient lamps. Just like Harry Potter, although it wasn't his intention, the things he caused every school year were enough for other wizards to brag about for a lifetime.

"Okay, now we can go back." After saying this, Kronos left, but he always felt as if he had forgotten something?

During Transfiguration the next day, Malfoy rubbed his eyes in disbelief, wondering why Harry and Ron hadn't been expelled from Hogwarts. And talking and laughing together.

When eating at noon, the owl flew into the restaurant as usual. But everyone was drawn to the slender package carried by six owls. Malfoy was as curious as anyone about what was inside. Until the owl put the package in front of Harry.

"Draco!" Kronos put a hand on Malfoy's shoulder.

"Did you do something behind my back?"

"What? Chronos, what are you talking about? We're together every day." Malfoy's eyes shifted visibly to the left.

"It's not the best, Draco. I don't want to hear bad things about Slytherin in the future, such as some coward being discouraged by Gryffindor from participating in a boring wizard duel." Ke Ronos moved a little closer to Malfoy.

"certainly!"

Chronos patted Malfoy's shoulder in satisfaction, "Draco, don't keep paying attention to people who are useless to you. If you study magic seriously with your talent, you may not be able to become the greatest of the Malfoy family." Patriarch."

Hearing this, Malfoy's eyes lit up. Chronos knew he should listen, he felt he cared more about Malfoy than his father.

…….….……………………………………………………

At midnight, after Crabbe and Goyle's snoring lost Malfoy's sound sleep. Chronos put on his robes, picked up his wand, and tiptoed through the room under the Black Lake, climbed the spiral staircase, and entered the Slytherin common room. No one is quiet here, and there are still some embers flickering in the fireplace. The tables and chairs placed around turned into a dark mass of shadows.

Kronos passed through the portrait passage, took out his wand, tapped his chest, and said, "Phantom Stealth!" Then a silver-white light spread from Kronos' chest, and Kronos then Disappeared in place, as if merging with the surrounding things.

This is the card drawn to him by the system. Originally, Kronos only needed to recite it silently in his heart to cast spells. But Kronos felt that it was too unlike a wizard.

His goal today was simple, to find a magic item in Filch's room. It was a magical Marauder's Map, and Chronos didn't know if he was still in Filch's room, perhaps already taken by Fred and George. But the power of this magic item was worth Chronos's trying.

Filch's room was also on the third floor, just around the corner at the end of the third floor.

"Alahoo!" Kronos took out his wand and tapped the doorknob of the room.

"Crack!" The door opened gently.

"It looks like Filch is searching the castle again." Kronos poked his head in. The old fellow always had fun punishing students.

The room was not big, only a cupboard and a bed, compared with Snape's office, it was a world of heaven and earth.

Kronos looked around, and finally locked his eyes on the cabinet next to the bed.

"That's it, the fluorescent light is shining." Kronos said and opened the cabinet door.

"Crash!" The things in the cabinet fell out at once.

"Damn it, wouldn't that old fellow Filch find a cabinet that has been cast with the Untraceable Stretching Curse?" Kronos began to complain in his heart.

"What are these? Dung eggs, burp candies?"

"Ah! Damn it!" Kronos was bitten by something, it was a teacup that could bite. Chronos searched for a long time but did not find a blank parchment. It seemed that Fred and George had already taken it. After all, they are not honest guys.

"Wait! What's that?" Kronos' eyes were attracted by a golden coin.

On the front of the coin is a man with a crown and a sword in his hand who looks like a king, while on the back of the coin is an old man with a beard who looks like a wizard duel

Chronos put it in his mouth and bit it, finding it firm. I don't know what material it is made of. Kronos put it in his pocket, packed the things on the ground and left here immediately. When did Filch the finger-scissors suddenly come back.

On the way back, Kronos heard a rapid panting. Kronos was so scared that he quickly stuck to the wall, not daring to move.

After a while Chronos noticed that Harry and Ron ran past him. And Harry was holding a well-shaped broomstick in his hand.

Kronos thought it was the Nimbus 2000 that Professor McGonagall gave him. It seems that Harry's flying talent was discovered by Professor McGonagall.
