Harry Potter and the Attack of the Squibs

Chapter Thirteen Snake Catching

Lu Ke and Johanna looked at Moody helplessly. They could not see what was happening in the darkness in the distance. In order to prevent the wedding from being disturbed, the trap was covered by a magic spell.

But judging from Moody's reaction, the Death Eaters' encounter must have been extremely exciting.

When Moody finally stopped laughing, the explosion in the middle of the trap finally disappeared.

Then a dark figure rushed out from the edge of the trap.

It was Voldemort himself. He didn't seem to be hurt, but he had an angry look on his face.

The little man in the bottle floated beside him, arms stretched out, as if maintaining an invisible barrier.

Lu Ke shook his head: "Your trap..."

Moody smiled: "Even though he looks like a dog now, he was in such a mess when he was inside."

"Ah, by the way, I forgot that you two can't see it. What a pity. You see, I was very sad when I lost that eye just now. This time it was fully restored."

Lu Ke smiled helplessly.

Then a Death Eater burst out from Voldemort.

His face was covered with swellings, and his nosebleeds followed his steps. It seemed that he could not see anything. There was a strange hand on his arm, and his voice was extremely hoarse: "There is a monster..."

Then the Death Eater stepped on the air and fell into the mud of the ditch.

This was like a carefully prepared performance. Lu Ke and the other two were silent for a moment.

Even Voldemort seemed taken aback.

Then he noticed three figures standing in the darkness before him.

Voldemort didn't even need to open his mouth before the villain in the bottle took action.

Johanna and Moody raised their wands together.

The magic spells fell from their hands together.

The fighting methods of the two men are very similar. They both use the fastest but weak magic spells to attack. As long as they seize the slightest chance, they will use the vicious spells that will kill them to end the battle.

Moody was particularly skilled and ruthless in his spells. He would even often use silent spells and shouts to create traps. In comparison, Johanna was very unfamiliar.

Her spells were slower to cast, although she seemed to have good aim.

The two of them poured out spells wildly in front of Voldemort, who had lost his wand and was unable to cast spells, while the villain in the bottle was fighting back with all his strength.

Even though they were one against two, the villain in the bottle did not fall behind at all.

As the supreme masterpiece of alchemy, he has endless spells to choose from, and it is almost impossible to exhaust all the magic, not to mention that he can cast all spells without chanting a spell.

The two sides fell into a stalemate for a while, but Voldemort sneered, Moody and Johanna were not in his eyes at all.

Lu Ke was approaching from the other side. In front of him were Nagini and Rune Snake. These were two highly venomous snakes. Although they had not caused much trouble to Lu Ke before, that was because Voldemort had always I can't bear to take them out to fight.

In fact, an opponent who is not a wizard is troublesome enough, not to mention that Lu Ke has not had much experience fighting poisonous snakes before.

Of course, the Hufflepuff blood in his veins made Lu Ke not afraid of venom, but that was not a matter of ignorance. The short-term severe pain was enough to expose his fatal flaw.

Especially when the man in the bottle still has some energy left.

What's more, Voldemort is also a master of alchemy: that means he will at least have a fake wand in his hand that can cast Avada Kedavra at any time.

In fact, Voldemort did have it.

Lu Ke rushed between the two big snakes, but the venomous snake was no slower than him. The three heads of the rune snake were in front of Lu Ke, while Nagini went around behind.

Facing Voldemort's mocking smile, Lu Ke took a step back.

He does have a lot of fears.

But Lu Ke was definitely not what Voldemort thought he was, because he was afraid to retreat.

He also has some knowledge about venomous snakes.

Then the rune snake pounced.

This is almost the most appropriate distance. The most dangerous attack of a snake is to shoot itself out like a spring, which is almost guaranteed to bite all targets with its fangs.

But Lu Ke will not be bitten.

He ducked sideways to avoid the three heads of the rune snake, then reached out and grabbed its tail.

Like swinging a long whip, Lu Ke shook the entire venomous snake.

This is a technique that can make the whip make a loud noise, but for venomous snakes, it means huge damage.

The rune snake's body was pulled by the huge force, and it lost the power to struggle almost instantly.

Then Lu Ke raised his left hand and grabbed the venomous snake's body from its tail to its throat.

The rune snake stopped struggling completely.

It's not dead, but it can never be restored.

Voldemort let out a horrified roar: "No!"

He almost ignored it, stretched out his hand and apparated away with the big snake Nagini.

He didn't even pay attention to the man in the bottle.

But of course the man in the bottle can also apparate.

Although there were threats from Moody and Johanna in front of him, he still apparated away before Lu Ke rushed over.

Lu Ke let go and threw the rune snake on the ground: "We have to spend some time to find a way to kill it."

Moody slowly put down his wand and nodded: "Don't worry, it doesn't have the strength to bite."

As he spoke, Moody glanced at Lu Ke: "Where did you learn this?"

Lu Ke shook his head casually: "Muggle magazine."

Moody laughed. "Don't make it sound like Muggle magazines are magical."

He turned around and looked around: "There are still a dozen prisoners to be captured here. I have to think about it. If Kingsley can be promoted enough, the rest will be left to Tonks."

As he spoke, Moody walked towards the trap area.

"Oh, yes, the Ministry of Magic is now in the hands of the Death Eaters, and neither of them can hope to be promoted."

Johanna and Lu Ke stood there and looked at each other.

"I'm so exhausted..."

Johanna lowered her voice.

Lu Ke put his hand on Johanna's shoulder worriedly: "Are you okay?"

Johanna shook her head: "Two people divided into three parts, at least it is much better than one person divided into two parts, but why are your ideas so mechanical?"

Lu Ke could only shake his head helplessly: "If you think too much when fighting, you will definitely lose."

Johanna sighed longly: "How many times will this happen..."

Lu Ke shook his head: "There won't be too many. I think Voldemort doesn't have the guts to face me now."

Johanna lowered her head and glanced at the rune snake in Lu Ke's hand: "Is this a Horcrux?"

Lu Ke nodded: "And it is one of the people Voldemort cares about most. We all know that it was this rune snake that cured him of his madness."

Johanna sighed: "What a pity. Without this snake, Voldemort will not become a madman again."

Lu Ke smiled: "Let's worry about how to solve this Horcrux first, although Professor McGonagall is definitely willing to lend us Gryffindor's sword for temporary use..."
