Harry Potter and the Attack of the Squibs

Chapter 19 The Sorting Hat Warning

Malfoy hesitated for a moment, then nodded: "I will try my best."

Lu Ke suddenly laughed: "You know that I am a squib, so I will never do magic spells like Occlumency. Why are you looking for me?"

Malfoy was stunned for a moment, he had never thought about this problem until now.

Then he shook his head: "I know you will never join Voldemort."

Lu Ke shook his head helplessly: "Only Harry Potter will never surrender to Voldemort."

He raised his hand to stop Malfoy from continuing to speak: "Go to Professor Snape and ask him to teach you. He is the master of Occlumency."

Malfoy was stunned for a moment: "But he will..."

Lu Ke smiled: "He will."

Then Lu Ke returned to the cubicle alone.

At this time, Johanna was whispering something to Luna, and Harry on the side looked a little embarrassed.

When the compartment door was opened, Johanna raised her head and glanced at Lu Ke: "What did Malfoy say?"

Lu Ke smiled: "He wants to learn Occlumency."

Johanna nodded: "As expected, but this is a troublesome matter. Occlumency requires extreme concentration and calmness. Malfoy...he lacks something."

Lu Ke shook his head: "I have never studied it..."

Johanna smiled: "I know these things very well."

Lu Ke smiled, of course.

For magic spells like Occlumency that are somewhat similar to Johanna Ogulius' abilities, Johanna must have fully understood them.

Johanna smiled and glanced at Harry: "If Malfoy can really learn Occlumency, maybe he can join the Order of the Phoenix."

Lu Ke glanced at Johanna in surprise, and then nodded: "That should be enough, Dumbledore will agree."

He didn't notice the hidden smile in Johanna's eyes when she spoke.

Harry, who seemed casual at the same time, kept these words in mind.

If one learns Occlumency, even the son of a Death Eater like Draco Malfoy can join the Order of the Phoenix, and so can Harry Potter.

Even if that didn't work, Harry still wanted to prove that he was stronger than Malfoy.

He had been left out for too long and didn't want to wait any longer.

In this way, Harry sat here until Hermione and Ron came back from the meeting, and then several people crowded into the cubicle, talking and laughing.

Hermione was a little surprised at how cheerful Harry suddenly became.

The journey was uneventful. They arrived at the Hogwarts platform and began to get off.

To Harry's surprise, the person taking them to Hogwarts was Professor Gramplain, a witch.

"Hagrid isn't here?"

Harry asked.

Hermione and Ron looked around together, but never found Hagrid: they would never miss Hagrid.

"Maybe something is wrong."

Hermione said something.

But Harry didn't think so.

He suddenly thought of the corpses that appeared again and again in the Black family's room. Harry couldn't imagine it and could only hope that everything would go well and nothing bad would happen.

Because the prefects had to help maintain order, Ron and Hermione wasted some time, and the three of them fell behind.

While waiting for the two of them, Harry kept looking at the horses.

I don’t know if Hagrid prepared this time. It is a magical animal that looks a bit like a mixture of a lizard and a Pegasus. They are all black, with bat-like wing membranes, and no hair on their faces. They look like Fire dragon.

These magical animals had almost no trace of flesh, and their fur seemed to be covered directly on the bones. Harry could clearly see every bone.

Then Ron and Hermione came back, and they randomly chose a carriage that was still empty and headed there.

Harry looked at the horse pulling the cart and pointed it out to Hermione: "Have you ever seen such a thing in a book?"

Hermione was stunned for a moment: "What?"

Harry was stunned for a moment.

Pointing at something he had never seen before and asking Hermione, this was Harry's tried and tested way to please his girlfriend, but something seemed to go wrong this time.

"Is it the horse that pulls the cart?"

Hermione shook her head: "Aren't these carriages not pulled by anything? It's probably some kind of magic spell."

Harry finally gave up this question and got into the carriage with Hermione.

Then a voice appeared from beside Harry: "Don't worry, you're not crazy or anything, I can see them too."

Harry turned around and saw Luna.

The four of them crowded into the carriage and entered Hogwarts Castle.

After walking through the door into the Great Hall and sitting at the familiar long Gryffindor table, Harry finally breathed a sigh of relief.

But there were still too many things lingering in his mind, such as the arrangements of the Ministry of Magic that Lu Ke had mentioned before, and the strange Pegasus he had just seen.

Then Harry noticed a new face on the podium.

It was a very ugly looking witch sitting next to Dumbledore.

Harry knew the witch: "This is the Umbridge!"

Hermione and Ron both glanced at the podium curiously: "Do you know him?"

Harry nodded: "She works for Fudge..."

Strictly speaking, it should be called a bad thing.

But Harry felt that he should restrain himself.

Then Professor McGonagall brought up the sorting hat, and the sorting ceremony was about to begin.

But this time the Sorting Hat sang a new song.

Although it sounded a bit long, Harry understood.

"Hogwarts is in danger and must remain united."

Harry wasn't surprised at all.

He thought it was just a natural omen, like clouds coming before rain.

Whether it was Mrs. Weasley's fear, or Hagrid's disappearance, or the strange Pegasus, now, it was the Sorting Hat who finally told the undoubted truth.

Voldemort is back, and so is the trouble.

Then comes the Sorting Hat Ceremony.

After that came Dumbledore's speech.

But Dumbledore only said one sentence before the dinner started.

Just like before, Dumbledore never wasted time on unnecessary things.

The three of them, Harry, were eating and discussing what the Sorting Hat had just said.

Gryffindors all find this a troublesome thing, especially the so-called unity. The four houses of Hogwarts have never been so harmonious.

"But... it's natural to deal with it together when we encounter trouble..."

After Lu Ke's efforts until now, there are no longer so many irresolvable grudges between the houses of Hogwarts.

Slytherin will not foul on the Quidditch pitch, Gryffindor will feel that they can still be saved, and Ravenclaw is a good person as long as he is willing to let others copy his homework.
