Harry Potter and the Attack of the Squibs

Chapter 5 Living in the Leaky Cauldron

"Welcome aboard the Knight Bus!"

A young man in purple clothes said loudly to Lu Ke. Harry, who was standing behind Lu Ke, looked confused.

"This is an emergency bus for witches or wizards in distress. Just stick out your wand and step on the bus and we'll take you wherever you want to go. My name is Stan Sandpack , I am your conductor today.”

Lu Ke nodded, then turned to look at Harry, "Let's go to Diagon Alley."

Harry nodded and stepped onto the bus a little nervously.

Lu Ke carried the suitcase and put his hand into his pocket, "Twenty-two silver coins, here you go."

Stan nodded "No more, no less, why don't I remember you?"

Lu Ke smiled and said, "I've only heard of it, but I've never sat on it before."

Stan smiled, "Then this trip will be something you will never forget!"

After saying that, he turned around and shouted to the driver in front of him, "Diagon Alley!"

The driver turned around and nodded calmly.

Then Harry felt himself being pushed out by a sudden force.

He rushed straight to the back of the bus, and was caught by Lu Ke's shoulders halfway.

"Be careful, this car always goes very fast."

Lu Ke pulled Harry and sat down on the bed beside him, "We'll be there soon."

Harry nodded, then looked around, "I never knew there was such a thing..."

He was a little nervous, but also a little excited and smiled.

Lu Ke smiled and said, "I also heard what others said."

Harry nodded "Johanna?"

Lu Ke was a little surprised, "Why do you say that?"

Harry smiled, "Hermione always said that Johanna is a truly moral and pursuing person in the pure-blood family. She knows a lot and is a good person, otherwise you wouldn't be friends, right?"

Lu Ke nodded, "She does know a lot of things."

The two chatted casually, and Harry's complicated mood of worry, despair and relief finally relaxed a little.

The car moved between the two stations again and again like a jump, and everything around it was just like when it was apparating, being stretched into a long shadow.

Lu Ke glanced at Harry, and then said, "There is something I hope you can keep secret for me."

Harry nodded without hesitation, "Of course."

Lu Ke smiled helplessly, "I should have stayed in that house. This is the condition of Hogwarts. If possible, don't tell anyone."

Harry nodded, "Why is that? You just don't live in Hogwarts..."

Lu Ke shook his head, "For my safety."

Harry was stunned for a moment, speechless.

It didn't take long for the car to arrive at its destination.

"Diagon Alley!" Stan Sampac stood in front of the door and opened the door for Lu Ke and the two of them. "See you next time."

Lu Ke still carried his suitcase and got out of the car before Harry.

Then Harry stepped out of the car.

He was a little anxious because he was afraid of delaying the bus trip.

Then as soon as he got out of the car, Harry felt a hand fall on his shoulder.

"Harry!"

Harry turned around blankly and saw a character he had only seen in newspapers.

"Your Excellency Minister..."

Harry instinctively turned around to find Lu Ke, but he only saw the unattended suitcase.

Lu Ke disappeared.

Fudge looked at Harry with excitement, "Finally found you!"

Harry was stunned for a moment. At this time, the Knight Bus that was supposed to leave did not leave either. Stan Sampac on the bus shouted excitedly, "I knew it! I saw the scar!"

Fudge shook his head helplessly, "Okay, you saw it, but now Harry is in a hurry."

As he spoke, he pushed Harry into the Leaky Cauldron, not forgetting to take his suitcase with him.

As soon as Harry entered, the tavern owner greeted him. "You found him, Minister! What do you want?"

Fudge hurried forward, "A pot of tea, and a private room."

The tavern owner Tom nodded, quickly took a bunch of keys from the side, and walked up the stairs holding a lantern.

Fudge kept pushing Harry to follow him, and then walked into a small cubicle.

Tom snapped his fingers, and then the curtains of the cubicle opened, letting in light, making the small room look very comfortable.

Fudge then sat Harry down on the sofa.

"You are really easy for us to find... No one thought you would leave like that, but don't worry, Aunt Maggie's problem has been solved."

Fudge smiled like an elder looking at a junior, "The Ministry of Magic has a special office that is responsible for dealing with the aftermath of this kind of thing, so you know, the Dursleys have completely forgotten about that incident now..."

"It would be better to say that that incident never happened."

Fudge said with a meaningful smile.

Harry was stunned for a moment before he understood what Fudge meant.

It's probably something like a forgetting spell. No matter how complicated it is, it's not impossible to modify the memory.

In short, Harry's trouble has been completely solved.

This made him feel incredible.

Then Tom knocked on the door and came in, served black tea, and then left quietly.

Harry said hesitantly, "But...what about punishment?"

Fudge didn't mention this at all. He pushed the pie and black tea on the table in front of Harry, "You must be hungry, eat quickly."

Harry shook his head "I'm not hungry."

Fudge nodded, "Are you still worried about Hogwarts?"

"Don't worry. At this time, how could we expel you from Hogwarts for such a trivial matter? You can rest assured."

Harry was stunned for a moment.

He knew something was going on.

Harry shook his head, "Even so, I will never go back to the Dursleys."

Fudge shook his head, "No, no, no, of course you don't have to go back. I'll ask Tom to see which room he has available here."

After saying that, he strode out of the room.

Harry sat alone in the room, wondering what was going on.

He knew something was going on, but Harry didn't know what.

It wasn't long before Fudge returned with Tom, the bar owner.

"Room 11 is vacant. You can stay there, but don't go to Muggle territory. This is where you will spend the remaining three weeks of your summer vacation."

Harry nodded "Thanks, Minister."

Fudge nodded, "Don't run out alone, never."

After saying that, he turned around.

The bar owner smiled, helped Harry lift it, saluted, and led him into Room 11.

Fudge stood at the door and let out a long sigh, "Goodbye then."
