From Azkaban To Hogwarts

Chapter 43 Hogwarts is (un)fast

The Knight Bus is much faster than the Hogwarts Express - I don't know where the Minister of Magic who set up the express bus got the courage to call that slow bus an express.

William lay down on the bed with experience, turning a blind eye to the behavior of the Gryffindor next door who protested with an uncooperative attitude.

When there are a bunch of beds placed in a place where chairs should be placed, you should just lie down and think about why, instead of sitting there to show non-cooperation.

The next moment, the train turned quickly, and all the people lying down firmly grasped the pillars that fixed the bed. Only the one who was sitting fell heavily to the ground with a thud.

"Hogsmeade has arrived."

Conductor Sampak smiled and came over to call someone.

"So fast?"

William asked in surprise - the last time he took the ride, he went to Diagon Alley and sat there for a long time.

"You guys are lucky. There were no customers to stop the car today, so we jumped over one after another. It only took a few minutes - he jumped a hundred miles."

"What a great guy."

William admired sincerely, patted Sampac on the shoulder, and looked at Gryffindor who was getting up despite the pain.

"Let's go. Hagrid told me last time that lower-level students are not allowed to come to Hogsmeade. This is a warning to you in advance."

"Woo!"

The light in the car was not very good, so William was stunned and didn't understand, but the other party walked out of the bus quickly and proudly. William waved goodbye to Sampac and walked off quickly.

It was not yet one o'clock in the afternoon when William arrived at Hogwarts with students who had not made a sound because of their anger.

After knocking on the door, William looked at his watch, looking very patient.

"Ouch!!!"

The students around her made noise, trying to get William to notice her.

But William was determined not to leave any chance for the other party to cause trouble before handing the person over to Professor McGonagall - in Professor McGonagall's hands, problems would no longer be a concern for him.

"Oh, William, the professor said you would come with the students in the evening, why did you come so early?"

Hagrid greeted them from all the way across the school gate, enthusiastically.

"I've prepared some good wine, and I'm waiting for you to come over and enjoy it together after the dinner. It's also good to come in advance, but you can't drink too much. You still have to attend the dinner."

"That's right. My luggage is still on the train. I had a little accident, so I had to take the Knight Bus over in advance. By the way, is Professor McGonagall in the office?"

William wanted to solve the trouble as soon as possible and send this naughty kid out first.

"Oh, the professor is not in the office. She is busy arranging today's dinner and sorting ceremony."

So, the owl hasn’t arrived either, right?

Considering the speed of the Knight Bus, William felt that there should be no problem with his speculation - unless the Ministry of Magic used the emergency contact method with Hogwarts, but as for the flying car, William felt that it was unlikely.

"That's great. I have to go to the castle first to hand over the task at hand, and then go to the hunting ground to find you."

"Well, see you later - Hermione?"

The giant made a sound of surprise.

"Woo!"

The Gryffindor known as Hermione tried to say something.

"What's up with her?"

"Do you know each other?"

William was surprised for a moment, and then realized that he had asked a nonsense question - Hagrid has a good relationship with Harry, how could he not know Harry's friends?

"Yes, she is my friend. Has she been cursed?"

"No, but she found an excuse to run off the train, cast spells outside the school, and attacked Ministry of Magic staff."

"Oh my God! Her? If you were bringing the Weasley brothers, I would even think you were covering up their mistake, but Hermione - she's the oldest."

If you're not the first in age, how can you bring down the professor?

William looked at the cards in his inventory and agreed with Hagrid's statement.

"Woo!"

"Don't worry, Ms. Hermione, when I send you to Professor McGonagall, I will naturally remove the magic. Now please seriously reflect on your mistake."

"Woo!!"

It was probably a curse word, but William ignored it.

"It seems like she doesn't want to continue to reflect. I have to hand her over to Professor McGonagall quickly and meet Hagrid again."

Hagrid's expression was a little tangled, as if he wanted to persuade William to release the confinement magic, but what William said was indeed a bit excessive. In the end, the giant gave up his plan to stop William - he would send him away later. Go to Professor McGonagall, the magic will definitely be lifted by then.

When William entered the auditorium, Professor McGonagall was assigning tasks to a group of elves. It could be seen from the thick stack of parchment in her hand that she was very busy today.

"Professor William? You came so early?"

Professor McGonagall made a sound of surprise.

"That's great," the professor praised as he took out a piece of parchment in his hand, "The school doesn't have enough candles in stock. Could you please go to the owl loft and send this order form to the grocery store in Hogsmeade?" The store?"

Professor, it’s my first day on the job and I’m not very familiar with the road. Isn’t it a good idea to recruit strong men like this?

While taking the order, William made way for the Gryffindor who was following behind her - she had been hiding in William's shadow since she entered the auditorium.

"Professor McGonagall, there is a slight problem with the train."

"Train?" Professor McGonagall was stunned for a moment.

Then she suddenly remembered the ticket she had sent to William.

"what happened?"

The professor's expression suddenly became stern.

"The two students were blocked outside the passage and failed to catch the train. After checking with the Ministry of Magic investigators, we found that they were blocked artificially, but we didn't find out who did it."

"Miss Granger is blocked outside? Where is the other one? Which college is she a student from?"

"No, Miss Granger was not blocked, her two friends were blocked, and Miss Granger slipped off the train while I was getting off, so I brought her here ahead of time."

"Sneak off the train?"

Professor McGonagall's eyes were a little surprised, but she instantly thought of more.

"Two friends? You mean Potter and Weasley?"

"If she's right, that's what it should be."

"Where are the two of them?"

The professor's tone became urgent.

"If the information I received from the Ministry of Magic investigators is correct, they are driving a flying car that is still floating on the Hogwarts Express."

"Merlin on top!"

William swore that he had the illusion of seeing an angry eagle at this moment.

"Sneaking off the train and chasing the school bus in a speeding car..."

William felt that the figure next to him became two points smaller as Professor McGonagall was talking to herself.
