1566 Plans For The God's Tomb

Grey and his friends finally heard the news they were waiting for; the top experts are all going into the supposed tomb of a God Plane Elememtalist in search of the opportunity to finally become a God Plane expert.

"Do you think the Gnomes will buy it?" Reynolds wasn't too optimistic about it.

"The Gnomes will have some Necromancers among the experts who went for the Conference, even people like us can go as well. So the Necromancers will inform the Gnomes." Klaus explained.

"Exactly! And once they hear the conversation between the experts, they'll know the human experts are not lying, nor would they want to give them the chance to step into the Gnome world."

"We do have a good shot at this then. Even if they leave a few top powerhouses, I think I have a way to make them send in more people." Grey explained.

"Oh, what's that?" Alice asked.

"Who does the Gnomes want dead more than anything?" Grey asked with a smile.

"Definitely you. Given the ability you have, you're a threat to their existence." Klaus answered.

"Exactly."

"You seem to be forgetting something." Reynolds chirped in.

"The space is going to be sealed so as to keep everyone there? I already figured that out. In case you're forgetting, I have this guy with me." Grey pointed at the bunny leader who was sleeping.

"Others might not be able to get out of it, but I'm positive it can." Grey added.

He explained where he first saw the bunny leader and how it has even been able to travel to the Chaos Battlefield. Thinking about the Chaos Battlefield, Grey couldn't help but think about how assimilating the chaos energy to his essence energy boosted his usual attack power due to its superiority.

"How confident are you that he will be able to get you out?" Reynolds asked.

"At least seventy percent." Grey replied confidently.

"That's still too risky, without you, our mission there will be nothing more than a failure." Klaus didn't like the idea, neither did the others.

"The only way we can drag in more people is with me entering this place. They all want me dead, so they will naturally try their best to kill me since the opportunity will finally arrive." Grey explained.

"Before we can agree to that, it's best if you can speak to your father first. At least they should leave an escape route for you." Alice suggested.

Grey's father is part of the people who would seal up the place, so it would be best if he can leave an escape route for Grey and the bunny leader. That's the only way they will be comfortable with agreeing to him going. As a matter of fact, they were even willing to enter this place with him, after all, there are a few Early stage Sovereigns who are preparing to enter.

"Alright, I'll speak to my father. I'm sure he will be able to help out. For now, I have some information about the hideout not far from here. They have a vessel, and this vessel is planning to enter the God's tomb." Grey said.

"This is not good news for us. They might be carrying some top experts and would enter the tomb from our side." Klaus said.

"Naturally, but I've figured out the danger of these vessels and the reason the Gnomes have kept quiet about it all this while." Grey looked at his friends with a cunning smile, "When a vessel is completely destroyed, no matter the strength of the person hiding inside, they would be killed as well."

"How can you completely destroy a vessel without being vastly superior to them?" Alice didn't think the vessel would be someone in the Venerable Plane. One thing to note about these vessels is that they are geniuses with unique bodies that makes it very easy for them to get to the Sovereign Plane.

All vessels they've encountered to date are all in the Sovereign Plane.

"That's why you call someone who's stronger." Grey replied.

"When do you plan to kill this vessel?" Reynolds asked.

"When it's obviously filled to the brim." Grey revealed a cunning smile.

Of course he could take out the vessel now, but he knew the vessel is currently empty which means there's no point in doing that. Waiting until it's filled will give them a greater reward since they would kill a few Sovereigns, reducing the number of Sovereigns coming from the Gnome world.

The Gnomes would think they are going to get the advantage in this since they were willing to hide some people in the vessels, Grey on the other hand has something more lethal to the Gnomes in mind, track down as many vessels as he could that will be filled for this journey and take them all out simultaneously before the occupants of the vessel has the opportunity to step out.

"So we're no longer attacking Necromancers' hideouts?" Klaus asked.

"Nope, we're gathering vital information. We can wipe out a large number of Sovereigns among the Gnomes. You know they've always had the advantage due to being able to control puppets." Grey explained, "So we'll take out as many as possible to even the odds. Well, I don't think we can even the odds, but at least reduce the danger for the other humans who will be entering that place."

"That's a good plan, I can stick with that. You should speak to your father and plan our escape route." Alice reminded Grey.

Grey had no issue with telling his father his plan. They soon set off to start gathering information about each hideout around the Continent they were currently in. They've already been able to know how many vessels were in the Southern Continent, and they were presently in the Western Continent, hoping to gather as much information as they could about the vessels. Grey's plan was to kill off all vessels who were willing to work with the Gnomes and to look for a way to save the others, if there was no way, then they would be sacrificed for the better good of the humans.
